MMSD's Water Reclamation Facility Tours  (Tours are not available December 1st through February 28th) Group tours, suitable for adults and students grades 5 and up, of the Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility are available. To schedule a tour, contact our contracted operator, Veolia Water, at (414) 747-3850 or by e-mailing Kate.Morgan@veoliawaterna.com. Scheduling your tour at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance is recommended. Central Laboratory On a limited basis, groups of 10 or less can tour our Central Laboratory. Learn about environmental testing in the state's largest municipal wastewater testing laboratory. Contact us to discuss alternative presentations for larger groups. Pelagos Water Quality Monitoring Vessel On a limited basis and for groups of 15 or less, tours can be scheduled for high school groups aboard the Pelagos.
