MMSD’s purchase of this property, formerly owned by the Sikh Religious Society, connects the approximately 640-acre Mequon Nature Preserve with the Menomonee River Parkway. The strategic acquisition contains 70% hydric soils that also connect to Milwaukee’s Kohl Park.
