Active Chapters will be underlined and followed by the file size and the pdf icon . The comment form will also be underlined. After the Comments Due date has passed, only the Chapter will remain to be downloadable.

Instructions for Review: Download the Chapter you are interested in reviewing and make a copy of it. All chapters are in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. Some chapters are quite large, so it may take some time to download. Each Chapter has a corresponding Comment Form which is a Microsoft Word Document. Download the comment form to your computer and when you are finished making comments, SAVE the completed Comment Form to your computer. (Please be sure to check that the comment form has the same title as the chapter you are reviewing) Send the saved Comment Form back as an email attachment to 2020ChapterComments@mmsd.com.
