Thank you for participating in our Private Property Inflow and Infiltration Reduction (PPIR) Program through the City of West Allis foundation drain disconnection project. As we discussed at the onset of the project, the work included installing a device that allows us to measure how much clear water that your sump pump has discharged over an approximate one-year period. At this time, we are requesting access to your home to retrieve the data collector and measuring device. Retrieval takes about 15 minutes and does not alter the sump pump installation in any way. With that in mind, the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (District) would like to schedule an appointment with you either between October 2nd – October 6th or October 9th – October 13th.
Typical working hours are from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., however, we will make every effort to accommodate a date and time that works for you and/or your representative. On average, an appointment only takes 15 minutes to remove the equipment.
Please respond no later than Monday, September 18th. To set up an appointment, please fill out the form on this page. To schedule by email or phone call, contact Nicolas Nadelhoffer, Project Manager PPI/I Reduction Program. When responding by email or phone, please provide your NAME, ADDRESS, EMAIL, TELEPHONE NUMBER, and DATE/TIME you wish to schedule your appointment.
Thank you for your time and participation in the data collection for the PPIIR Program. The data collected will be used to assist with making decisions on how to most effectively use the PPIIR program funding to improve sewer service.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at (414) 617-4954 or Nnadelhoffer@mmsd.com.
