The public may obtain access to or copies of the District’s public records by making an oral or written request to the Records Department during regular business hours, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. Written requests may be made to the Records Department, MMSD, 260 West Seeboth, Milwaukee WI 53204; via fax to (414) 225-2204; via e-mail to recordsrequest@mmsd.com; utilizing the Contact Us form above; or in person at the above address. Pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.35, you may be charged for copying and staff time to respond to the request and prepayment may be required. The District can only provide existing records and may not be required to create records in response to a request. All requests will be processed as soon as practicable.
