Trash Rack Debris Removal:

  • MMSD maintains the trash rack and regularly monitors the trash rack debris.
  • The rack is cleaned after rain events and when working conditions are safe.
  • The trash rack is also cleaned prior to major rain events.
  • MMSD coordinates with the City of West Allis and Milwaukee County Parks regarding debris accumulation and the need for debris removal.
